New supply and drain lines, relocated stack, in-floor heating mats, pot lights and fan ducting. Everything is inspected and signed off before it disappears behind the walls.

Tiling & Finishes
Waterproofing & surfaces
Schluter waterproofing, large-format porcelain on the floor and shower walls, laser-levelled joints, then paint, trim and the niche detailing.

Installation
Fixtures & handover
Freestanding tub, wall-hung vanity, glass panel, faucets and hardware go in. We pressure-test, clean the site and walk you through every detail.
